The change over

What was originally treated with skepticism by some has now not only established itself in the motorsport world, but has also become a hotspot for drivers, fans and new technology. On 9 October 2016 the FIA Formula E began its third season in Hong Kong. A particular highlight and for the first time in the calendar are the races in New York.

Audi are strengthening their commitment in this season: From now on, the four rings will thus be prominently featured on the side and the rear wing of the ABT Schaeffler FE02. Furthermore for the 2017/2018 season, the brand takes Formula E into a fully factory backed motorsport programme.
